As part of our demolition and groundwork operation, we can offer clients site clearance services, either as a stand-alone project or part of a package.

Before any building or landscaping work, it is important the area is cleared correctly and left tidy. Site clearance would include the removal of waste, old foundations, tree stumps, root balls and hardcore.

We hold a waste carriers license and have completed site clearance projects for small gardens to major developers such as Asprey Homes and Reigate and Banstead Council.

A risk assessment, method statement and site waste management plan are all completed at tender stage. This ensures as many materials as possible are recycled / reused, therefore cutting the cost for the client and reducing the overall environmental impact.

All our operatives are highly trained and respectful of noise, dust and pollution restrictions, helping build a rapport with both the client and neighbours, creating a good atmosphere for when the next contractor arrives.
